After many years full time in the Dive Industry I still enjoy to teach and show the miracles of diving to as many people as possible. Since 5 years I settled in the Dominican Republic and found another passion in helping other people to live the great life as a scuba educator. I started the Caribbean Dive College and we created a great team over here to give our students all the tools they need to succeed in the Dive Industry.

At the end we all want the same: living your dream with a lot of friends around you, and go to work with a big smile every day.

 

The Dive College Dominican Republic is located on the east point of the Dominican Republic in Bavaro Punta Cana.

 

 

This area is well developed with many all inclusive hotels and a beach of around 10 kilometers.

The Dive College recently joined forces with Scubaquatic, one of the leading Dive centers in the Caribbean with schools in Jamaica, Mexico and in the future Costa Rica.

 

In the DR they have now 7 Dive bases in the most prestigious hotels like Bahia Principe and the Melia hotels.

 

This means that we can offer a better service to our candidates in gaining experience in our professional programs by joining the daily operation of these bases during the Divemaster internship portion.

 

The Multilingual staff of the Dive college can teach in English, German, Dutch and Spanish.

We like to focus for our clients and Internship candidates on the variety of diving on the island with the Atlantic ocean in front of us, the Caribbean sea at 1,5 hours away and a variety of cave systems around us.

 

 

We offer 3 days a week a dive excursion to these different environments and as a student from the Dive college you will learn about all aspects of organizing and guiding these excursion

Therefore our motto here in the Dive College is “You will not only get certified, you also leave qualified”.
